Once again, as part of the Zootechnia exhibition, the 8th Pan-Hellenic Conference on Meat and Its Products will take place. It is a significant institution that brings together all the scientific forces involved in the entire meat production chain, “from farm to fork.”
The Conference aims to highlight all contemporary scientific and practical concerns related to primary production, meat processing, distribution and availability to consumers, official inspection and certification, current legislation, applied policies, and techniques for the meat sector.
The event is organized by Meat News magazine in collaboration with the Organizing Committee and directed by a Scientific Committee covering all relevant fields of expertise.
The Conference is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, the Hellenic Food Authority, the Hellenic Veterinary Academy, the National Interprofessional Organization of Meat and Livestock Sector, and the
